1. Paper walking position:

(1) When the face paper of the color paste is thin and curled, the speed of the machine cannot be driven too fast. When loading paper and corrugated paperboard, their left and right relative positions should be aligned to avoid lateral misalignment due to paper exit positioning. If the stroke of the upper and lower chains of the machine is not adjusted, there is a deviation between the front and rear positions; the paper stopper of the stacking table does not lean against the paper edge, so that the paper stack is tilted left and right, and the curled cardboard is not soft when loading paper. Pinghe does not take the cardboard neatly, etc., and it will cause errors in the position of the paper and corrugated board.

(2) Improper adjustment or maintenance of the machine feeding and positioning mechanism can also cause errors in the face paper and corrugated board. There is looseness in the paper feeding chain mechanism, which makes the working coordination of the upper/lower chain inconsistent or unstable; the front gauge on the upper/lower chain is loose, causing impact on the paper edge when feeding paper; the contact of the paper paper strip against the paper The position is not suitable or the gap is too large, which does not play the role of slowing down the inertial force of the cardboard during high-speed movement; the upper/lower rolling roller does not clean and accumulate a certain amount of glue, which blocks the synchronous rolling conveying of the paper or corrugated cardboard. .

(3) The gap between the upper/lower rolling roller of the machine is not suitable and the paper feeding error caused by poor paper feeding

When the gap between the upper and lower rollers is unsuitable, the corrugated cardboard after the tamping is subjected to the displacement between the upper paper and the corrugated paper after passing through the upper and lower rolling rollers. If the surface paper is not properly transported, it may cause foaming or debonding (the length of the paperboard on the conveyor belt is different, the unevenness of the paper is uneven) and the quality is not allowed.

2. The phenomenon of “seesaw” appears on the surface after the affixing

(1) The easiest and most reliable method is to replace the high-density facial tissue, which can obviously eliminate the seesaw phenomenon, but this will increase the cost and increase the price of the carton. If the user can accept it and use it, if it is unacceptable, consider using other methods.

(2) Improve the solid content of the corn starch binder and reduce the amount of glue applied, so that the color paper absorbed by the colored paper during the crater process is less, thereby improving the "seesaw" phenomenon of the cardboard.

(3) When cutting the paper, ensure that the straight thread of the paper and the direction of the corrugated cardboard are “ten”, which can greatly improve the phenomenon of “squatting”.

3. Cardboard warpage after crater

(1) Increasing the solid content of the crater glue and reducing the amount of sizing can significantly improve the warpage of the cardboard during the crater. The higher the solid content, the less water the glue contains, and the less the amount of glue applied, so that the water absorbed by the cardboard per unit area is greatly reduced, thereby achieving the purpose of improving warpage. From the results of many experiments, when the solid content of the glue is kept above 24%, the board warpage can be significantly improved.

(2) Correct paper grain direction. When cutting the paper, make sure that the straight thread of the paper is in the “ten” direction of the corrugated cardboard. This method is very effective in improving the warpage effect.

(3) The correct stacking method. For paperboard that has a crater and is heavily warped, a more feasible and effective method is to apply a certain weight on it. After a period of time, the warped cardboard will be significantly improved.

4, delamination of packaging products

Mainly because the quality of the adhesive is not good enough, the proportion of effective adhesive substances in the glue is too low, and the viscosity of the glue is too low. In addition, it is also possible that the amount of glue is too low. The quality of the glue and the amount of glue should be reviewed.
